Refund Policy

At Motivap , we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have implemented a refund policy that allows you to return the products under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully below.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. to inform us of your wish to return the product, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
2. Refund conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Returns within the legal period : The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Product Condition : Product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase : Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) must be provided to help process your refund.
The following products are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Personalized or tailor-made products.
- Opened, used or damaged products.
3. Return process
If you wish to return a product, here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us : Send us an email at motivap.fr@gmail.com to inform us of your wish to return the product. In your email, please indicate your order number and the reasons for the return.
- Product Return : Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions. You will be required to return the products at your own expense, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
- Return Review : Once the product is received, we will perform a quality check to ensure that the product is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund.
- Refund : The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The time limit for the refund is 10 to 15 working days after receipt of the returned product.
4. Defective or non-compliant products
If you receive a defective product or a product that does not conform to your order (for example, wrong product, product damaged during transport), please contact us immediately at motivap.fr@gmail.com, attaching photos of the product and proof of purchase.
In this case, Motivap will cover the return costs and send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
5. Partial Refund
A partial refund may be made if:
- The product is returned in a damaged condition by the buyer (for example, if the packaging has been damaged, but the product itself is intact).
- The returned product is incomplete or missing accessories.
In these cases, the amount refunded will be adjusted based on the deterioration of the condition of the product or the missing accessories.
6. Cancellation of an order before shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at motivap.fr@gmail.com . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to proceed with the cancellation and a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to proceed with a return after receiving the item.
7. Exclusions and exceptions
The refund policy does not apply to products purchased on sale or to products with significant discounts. These products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless a lack of conformity is found.
